All of our hand made brittles are cooked in traditional copper kettles, and stretched and cooled on one of our Vermont marble tables in the traditional old world style. We use only the finest peanuts, cashews, and real butter in every batch. This crunchy treat that has been around longer than all of us. Caution: may be addicting.
